Cover Reveal
Last week was really exciting because I had a cover reveal for my next book over at The Novel Approach! I really love this cover. I think it pretty perfectly encapsulates Life of Bliss, which is sweet, summery, and tropetastic. LC Chase was the cover artist and did an amazing job, as usual!
Isn’t it pretty?!? A few tidbits about Life of Bliss–it has frenemies with benefits who pretend to be boyfriends, get drunk, and then wake up married. It’s my attempt at a drunk Vegas wedding romance, EXCEPT(!) the wedding doesn’t take place in Vegas. It happens in Arkansas.

Other Bookish News
Life of Bliss ARCs should be going out fairly soon, so if you’re a blogger, keep an eye on Netgalley!
Besides Life of Bliss, I have another book coming out from Riptide in August (date subject to change, of course). This is the sequel to Controlled Burn, and follows Travis! Woo! I loved writing Travis, and his counterpart, Connor. You’ll get both of their POVs! I’ll keep you updated with any information for that story on my Coming Soon page and my newsletter!
I’m currently writing an f/f Christmas story and an m/f tiny house novel, so I’m hoping you’ll get to see one of those this year as well. Fingers crossed!
Also keep an eye out for an upcoming Erin McLellan Facebook page. I am currently only operating a Facebook profile, of which you are absolutely welcome to friend, but I plan to make a slightly more official Facebook page in the coming weeks. And now that I’ve written it here, I have to follow through!
Lastly, I’ve been participating in this fun month-long game on Instagram for #authorlifemonth, which was put together by the wonderful Dahlia Adler. Every day is a different prompt about being an author. A lot of people are participating, across many social media platforms, so check out the hashtag if you’re interested!
Random Life Tidbits
It’s winter here in Alaska, which is always fun! One of my sisters came out here from Oklahoma a couple of weeks ago and we had a great time. We visited a billion quilt shops (she’s a long-arm quilter), did some sightseeing, and ate out way too much. My favorite thing we did while she was here was ride the Hurricane Train to Hurricane Gulch. The Hurricane Train, which is a route on the Alaska Railroad, is the only flagstop route in the US, meaning it’s the only train where people can literally just flag the train to stop and let them board.
Its purpose is to pick up and drop off Alaskan residents who live off the grid in the Alaskan interior. It was a ton of fun to see this part of Alaska in the winter, and it was a suuuuper clear day, so we saw Denali about a hundred times. Which was AWESOME! Here are some pics!
That’s all for now. My next blog post will probably be content warnings for Life of Bliss, unless something exciting comes up before the release!
